50 Bucks

from Reality Alley by Kevin Stevenson

/

about

There was a young gangster, a newbie, who was shooting what he should have been selling. He racked up quite a bill, and out of fear, he fled, only to reappear with the leader's money. When the leader and some of his boys met him on Merrimac St., the mo-fo was $50 short. The leader was pissed and shot him in the back. When the kid went down, they went through his pockets. The first thing they found was the 50 bucks that he skimmed off the top, to buy more junk, I'm sure, Hope it was worth it.
